System Glitch?

I’m annoyed with both WordPress and Tumblr at the moment.  Every so often, I press the button to either save or publish a post, and from the Point of Pressing to the Point of Refreshing, I’ve continually found random sets of three words stuck together.  And sometimes the italics have disappeared.  Or half of the bold.  It’s bloody annoying.

I’m a touch typist, so I’m always watching the screen as I type.  And I would notice (I like to think, anyway) if the spaces weren’t working.  I’m also stupidly annoying about these things, so I’m now having to scan all my posts obsessively for these little errors, and then edit them out.  Which is quite a feat, as you will know if you’ve tried to skim my posts before.

And it reached breaking point today.  When I noticed that it had happened – again – on a post I had typed about noticing a spelling mistake on an email where I’d claimed I could spot with ease.  And it wasn’t even my fault this time.  Grr.

So I’m posting about it, in case anyone notices an error that I haven’t seen… please let me know.  It’ll bother me otherwise.  Because I’m annoying that way.

Merci beaucoup.  Crossing fingers that this one’ll reach you safely… and I’m out.
